Inform your Client in writing that this information is provided as a convenience by the Members of ASHI New England and does not in any way constitute an endorsement of the Service Provider or a guarantee of their work. These referrals come from our Chapter Members. Clients are encouraged to do their due diligence by obtaining references, and verifying the Service Providers qualifications and possession of proper licenses and insurance.

MEMBERS:    If you are referring your own business as a service provider, list only stand-alone services that you are prepared to do outside of a Home Inspection. If you only do pest inspecting, radon testing, water testing, etc. as part of your Home Inspection, include these in your Member Profile, but do NOT list them here. We're only helping our clients if we give them the name of someone who is willing to do the work.
