ASHI New England home inspectors offer the highest quality home inspections in the real estate industry. The ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics are the most recognized standards for the home inspection profession. An ASHI New England home inspector is your assurance that your home inspection is the best the Industry has to offer.

If you are a buyer looking for a home inspection, remember that ASHI New England home inspectors are the experts— tested, experienced, educated, and ethical! Each ASHI New England certified home inspector has passed extensive home inspector examinations, has performed at least two hundred and fifty paid home inspections, is obligated to meet continuing educational requirements, and is required to observe a strict code of ethics that demand fairness and impartiality to all concerned parties during the home inspection process.

Many mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, property appraisers, and real estate buyers’ agents prefer that homes be inspected by ASHI New England home inspectors. They recognize the knowledge and experience of ASHI New England Members, and they value the quality of our home inspections and our reports. Home Buyers appreciate the knowledge they gain from ASHI New England home inspectors. Home Sellers often have their homes pre-inspected by ASHI New England home inspectors to identify and repair defects before putting their homes up for sale.

ASHI New England home inspectors are proud participants in the ASHI Experience®, a program of professional excellence that is unparalleled in the home inspection profession. For the prospective home buyer, the ASHI Experience is that special combination of courtesy, expertise, ethics, testing, and training that you can expect from your ASHI New England home inspector.

The simple truth about home inspectors is that not all home inspectors offer the expertise and experience that an ASHI New England home inspector can provide.
