Residential Wells, From A-toZ: Roger Skillings, Skillings and Sons. Roger will be speaking on wells. He will be giving us a detailed overview of residential well construction, well water quality, and water flow and pressure. 

Roger Skillings is the principal of Skillings and Sons, a family-owned well company. Skillings & Sons, Inc. was established in 1970 as a small family business that drilled wells for drinking water. They operate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and have a team of more than 60 employees with more than 350 years of combined experience. Skillings & Sons, works with a variety of clients, including homeowners, contractors, engineering firms, schools and government agencies, servicing their water needs.

 

Residential Generators and Generator installation practices: Steve Belcher, FM Generator: Steve will be discussing the ins and outs of residential generators - including safe and best practices for generator types, placement, installation, new safety requirements, electrical integration through switching systems and lockouts, as well as generator testing. 

Steve Belcher is a Facility Management Professional with 40 years of commercial buildings and supporting systems knowledge. With a background in mechanics, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, electronics, commercial real estate, wireless & commercial tower facilities and contract management, Steve has a unique prospective as a service provider. By prioritizing the customer, understanding building systems and working with FM Generator’s service professionals, Steve is always looking for opportunities to provide service beyond the customer expectations. 

Round table Discussion: Issues in Report Writing. Led by ASHI NE’s Education committee members Morgan Cohen and John Gallagher - We'll be discussing issues and challenges that come up in report writing and how to handle them. We’ll also have a chance to connect over some exciting discussion-based activities.
