I am the recipient of Super Service Awards for 14 years in a row on Angi List.

As a Massachusetts Licensed Construction Superviser, I worked for a number of years renovating older houses and installing small additions.

I have taught classes on What to Look for (and look out for) from a Home Inspector's perspective to first time home buyers at several Continuing Education Centers including those in Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, and Lexington. I regularly teach the Home Inspection component of the First Time Home Buyers Certificate Programs offered by the Cambridge and the Allston-Brighton Community Development Corporations.

I have no allegiance to anyone in the home purchase except you, the Buyer. The Buyer is my only client. My goal is to provide a thorough, objective, and independent evaluation of the condition of the property. Though not required, I also see it as part of my work to answer whatever questions and concerns the Buyer has in regard to the systems and operation of the house. To avoid rushing through any part of the Inspection, it is very rare that I will book more than one inspection per day.

Except for Cape Cod, I am available for Pre-Purchase Home Inspections and Homowner Maintenance Consults throughout Massachusetts.
