PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Attend the “Meet the Pros” panel from 4:30-5:00 p.m.

After our round-table discussion, we welcome Attorney Barton E. Centauro of Peabody & Arnold., LLP who will discuss the MA small claims court process including what can and cannot be heard in small claims court. He will walk us through what it means to be a plaintiff, including how to file a complaint. He will also discuss what it means to be a defendant. For both parties, he will outline what to expect on the trial date as well as review the post-hearing process including appeals and payment of judgements.

During his session on investigation for mold, Chuck Mangio of Jigsaw Home Inspections will look at how red flags found in home inspections can alert potential home buyers to unhealthy situations in their new homes and hopefully steer them toward having such problems further evaluated by an indoor air quality specialist.
