PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Attend the “Meet the Pros” panel from 4:30-5:00 p.m. After our round-table discussion, we begin a one hour presentation on how to make a home both more comfortable and energy efficient led by Ken Paquin of Dr. Energy Saver, a Blackdog Affiliate.  He will discuss the Dr. Energy Saver inspection process and will address the stack effect and products commonly used to improve a home’s energy efficiency including cellulose, foam board and spray foam. Solutions for common energy wasting scenarios will be offered. He will concentrate on attics, basements, crawlspaces and walls. Next, we welcome Eric Koslowski from ETR Labs who will offer a comprehensive discussion on well water testing, the benefits to the consumer and to your inspection business . He will also cover well caps, well heads and maintenance issues. Information on how a well is inspected will be included. He will also introduce us to Real Estate Scan.
