PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Attend the “Meet the Pros” panel from 4:30-5:00 p.m. After our round-table discussion, we will begin with a one hour presentation on proposed changes to 266 CMR 6.00, Standards of Practice led by Chapter President, Mike Atwell, ACI of J. May Home Inspections. Next, ASHI-NE Education Committee Chairman, Greg Boyd of Boyd Home Inspections will offer two hours on proposed changes to 266 CMR Definitions, Procedures for Registration, Continuing Education, the Complaint Process, the Procedures for Hearing and Appeals, and Insurance requirements for LLCs and LLPs.Greg will also present on the revised Mass Save flier that is designed to satisfy 266 CMR 6.08 “Required distribution of Energy Audit Document”.

The three hours offered during this dinner program, along with the one hour of 266 CMR regulations covered during the September 11-12 Fall Conference will help those fulfill renewal CEU requirements for three hours of training dedicated to the 266 CMR regulations. The required one hour on Ethics was offered during the Conference. This will be the last chance to earn these credits from the chapter during this calendar year.
